State of MN - Office of Administrative Hearings (1996 to 1999) – Legal Analyst - Child Support Enforcement Division - provided legal research & case analysis for ALJ’S in the bench.

State of MN – Department of Human Rights (1999 to 2004) – Enforcement Officer - conducted investigations pertaining to discriminatory acts against protected class groups’ filed grievances under the MNHR Act & Federal Laws.

State of MN – 4th Judicial District (2004 to 2011- retired) – Judicial Administrative Hearing Officer- judicial resolution of misdemeanor and petty misdemeanor statutory offenses and traffic violations pursuant to state, county & city laws and ordinances.
